We got the ferry at 9am on Sunday, it took just over 3 hours and we got off at Picton. We arrived in sunshine the 1st we have seen since we arrived in New Zealand! We had 12 days of constant rain on the north island!!
We set off and drove towards Abel Tasman national park. We stopped off in Nelson for a little look around and then carried on to the park!
Monday morning we got up and had a walk into the national park around the coast which was beautiful and was a lovely warm morning! In the afternoon me and Mark went to do our skydive! It was an amazing experience, we jumped at 13,000 feet, freefalled for 50 seconds at 120 mph! It was surreal and because we were travelling so fast it felt like we were floating in the air! I have a dvd of my jump so you can all watch it when i get back!
We have a really long drive to our next destination of the Franz Josef Glacier so we are stopping off in a few small towns on the way. The 1st is where we are now in Richmond. We will update you when we can, hope everyone is well and thanks for all the messages. Don't worry Mum about the skydive!!
Love
