Alarm went off at 8am. Promptly got up around half an hour later, with general lack of enthusiasm re: the 6 hour time difference! Hotel breakfast of toast, fried egg, ham, sausage, marmalade & fruit juice. And coffee. Plenty of coffee!

D and kids spent rest of morning in the pool, while L "had a little rest!"

Went for a walk, south, along Jomtien beach, eventually ending up in Café Le Mar for lunch (all had Thai dishes this time!), and much needed coffee.

Back to the hotel for a much needed cooling shower, and straight back to the pool!

Hawiian pizza for the kids, and a Singha beer for tea. Kids very tired, so all in bed by 10 to 9!

Torrential downpours & thunderstorms all night.
