For lunch we found ourselves a traditional Peruvian picanteria on the other side of the river. Jeremy ordered a monstrous plate full of meat - an 'Americano' apparently, while I opted for the Ocopa, a baked potato and a huge hunk of cheese. In addition to this mammoth amount of food, we ordered a jug of Chicha - fermented red corn juice. And, afterwards we had to roll out of our seats to leave the restaurant.
Our next stop was the Mundo Alpaca museum we had seen yesterday to buy some baby alpaca wool so I can resume my bus knitting! We also had to find some needles, and, after many mis-directions, we ended up at the San Camillo Market.
Finally at 5pm, we began our bar training with the very charismatic 20 year old Canadian, Louis. The Wild Rover Bar is unlike anything I have ever encountered, for example, Louis downed 15 jagerbombs over the course of the night, we drank and smoked behind the bar, and everyone danced on the bar all night.
We crashed around 2am.
