Day 3
After flying to Johannesburg we were flown by a small charter to Ants Hiil, a lodge in the Waterburg reserve in the district of Limpopo. This lodge is more than I could have imagined. Construted of natural stone, native woods and thatched roofs. Our 2 bedroom cottage has a veranda overlooking the bush and a small pool. Just amazing. And one bedroom has3 beds so Lilly and Josie can both sleep with their mother.
On the way in we were greeted by zebras,wildebeest, Kudu, This is one of a few lodges that has horse so after settling in Annie, Lilly and Josie went riding and I went in the jeep. There was great excitement because a storm came up, the jeep broke down so I was stuck in the bush for 1hour- boo hoo.
Annie-ants hill is amazing...zebras walking right beside us. Can't even put into words how cool this place is.
It is lilly today I got to ride horses and it was awesome I also got to sit in the front of a plane, so cool!
Josie- today we went horseback riding and it was amazing we got to see a ton of animals, and I can't wait to go camp drive tomorrow morning!!!
