Today was another 'getting organised' kind of day! After spending the morning sorting out what we would leave in England and what we would bring to America and then packing, it was time to venture into the beautiful sunshine! Calvin and Kate drove into Chester (the first time driving on the left side of the road in a long time). Kate didn't want to drive as she wanted to only remember how to drive on the right side for America. In Chester we bought a few bits and pieces for our onward journey and treated ourselves to some juice and under-ripe mango from M & S. We then drove back to the house and decided to play some backyard cricket. The weather was too nice to be indoors! We used a couple of Barnaby's tennis balls and lost a few over the fence / into the bushes! After the innings was over it was soon time for dinner - fish with vegetables and jacket potatoes with a yummy parsley sauce! And some Bananagrams later on of course.
