What a different an 11 hour flight makes! Left shanghai on Friday evening at 8:20 pm. Never been on such an long flight before! My seat was broken because it wouldnt lock up right so when we took off i had to hang on to the seat arms to stop my self faling backward into the people behind. Evenchaily they fixed it for me and all was ok. There was lot of turbulence and it was an over night flight. It didnt get much if any sleep wasnt the best. Came off the flight looking a mess and smelling even worse! If i had the money I would for sure travel 1st class as the seats look soo much better for a long flight like that. I dont think I could of handeled flight non stop from the uk!

I landed in sydney with jeans a t shirt and a flece and my coat, having come from rainy shanghai...it was a great feling of heat as the past 3 weeks at hadnt got above freezing! My 1st night it rained but it was nice still very warm and you could smell that warm summer rain smell it was very nice.

Yesterday I went into sydney to sort out my east coast pass and my hostel for one night. Wow sydney is fantasic! It was soo hot tho...didnt really pick the best day to go in but had to be done.

I went and walked to the sydney opera house, its weird it seemed smaller in real life, but still very impressive builing, with the sydney bridge in the background it was great to finaly be here! I decided to get the ferry back which was nice as you get a great picture os the bridge and the oprea house together! Im staying on the northside at collory beach which really really nice as the baech is just over the road.

Today we went over to the beach, went in the sea and just chilled out...got some nice red wrists and knee!
