It has been a while since i wrote my last blog, so i have alot to write.

I think my last blog was before i was going off to the ger camp.

Wow, just wow! quite possibly the best bit so far! the ger camp is fantastic! stunning location. We were right in the mountains justa few minutes from turtle rock.

On the way to the camp we stopped by he site of the road to see this man with an egal...it was absolutly massive! THey use them for hunting rabbits and small deer! when we got to the camp the ger huts were sooo cool very homly with wood burning stove in each hut. We went to see a traditional gomad family. was great to see how they lived. We got back and then went sledging was great fun as I hadnt been for ages and they was lots of snow to have a great time!

The next day we went to see turtle rock, which i thought wou;dnt be that good but it was very impressive in real life! After we dressed up in tradtional wear and did some archery.

After lunch we took the most amazing walk from turtle rock back to our camp...i dont think walking in the lake district willl be the same again! It was absolutly breath taking! Walking in the snow up one side and then sliding down the other! took around 2 hours was sooo good!

Friday 26h Feb

Nothing much happed accpet from the coldest day we had of a wopping -28 degress! When u breathed u could feel ur bogies freezing up! This was our last strech on the train before beijing was very chilled, played lots of card games and finished my andy murry book at last. Only took me 17 days!

Wow Wow Wow! Beijing is fantasic! Got of the train for the last time and had goose bumps! We alll went out for food to a nice resturant...know i know hpw to eat crispy duck properly! After we went to the night market where they have some weird and wacky thing to eat from star fish to snake! I had a scorpian and snake skin. the scorpian was just like not much taske and the snake skin was very tough!

Saturday 27th

The 1st day me and andy went to the silk market. so much stuff there...you would walk along and they would say to you "hello lovly english boy come in and see my t-shirts" and it was just one thetre were lots of people say that at the same time! We were both so tired we went to have a massarge. It was a foot leg and back. Was very nice!
In the evening we went to see a traditional chinses show with guys doing fips on the heads and smashing metal bars on their heads. After the whole ruski huski group went out for a few drinks and shika.

Sunday 28th

Woke up this morining not feeling great but thught i needed to get out and see the city. I went to he forbiden city which was ok nothing amazing didnt really have much time but i can say ive done it. In the evebing we went to the olyimpic village to see the birds nest and the water cube! sooo cool! Thats what i came o beijing to see!

Monday 1st March

Was ment to be going to the great wall today but the flu got the better of me...bit gutted but thought id rest and spend he day in bed so im fit for the rest of my trip.

I know no pictures yet but there are lots to come, hopfully get them up when i get to shanghi (tomoz) or when im in OZ when facebook isnt banned!
