After over 9000 km of driving in northern and western Europe we returned the car in France and caught our flight to Morroco.
Marrakech was just as fun and interesting as we thought it would be! We bargained in the souks and got lost in the windy streets. We bought lanterns and other things which will probably be impossible to get home. And dodged snake charmers and monkeys in the Market square.
We had a traditional Hammam (thanks for your reccomendation Jemma!) where you 're scrubbed and washed as if you were a wee child again. They even remember to scrub behind your ears. Red raw your skin has never been so soft.
The food was amazing and it was great to get our fix of meat and fresh vegetables again. The Tagines are so tasty and feel quite healthy after all the croquettes we ate in Spain!
Off to the Atlas Mountains next for our second to last stop before heading back to Melbourne.
