Thank you to all who have been following our blog - nice to have a global audience!
Today was chalk full again - no lack of things to do in London it seems!
In the morning, we took a bus tour through some of the famous city sites. In the afternoon, we walked along the south shore through an outdoor festival, and went to the Tate Modern art gallery, and Shakespeare's Globe theatre!
We got all dolled up and headed into Londons West End to take in some theatre...an incredible production of Singin' in the Rain! We were singing, but luckily it wasnt raining ;) Still singing along... whatta night!
Tomorrow, we are leaving London for a day trip to Liverpool - birthplace of some very special people. My Auntie Jackie... oh, and the Fab Four! Auntie Jackie, you can be very jealous of us... we hear it will be a balmy 13 degrees, with cloud and showers all day. Sound like Liverpool?
We can't wait- obligatory shots of Abbey road are sure to follow... we won't be able to resist.
We'll upload some more pictures tomorrow - for now, we are off to sleep as much as possible, with a 5:00 wake up tomorrow morning.
Thanks again for all the comments from home :)

Lynn Sharer another jam packed day! It is soooo fun to follow your trip and to remember the sights. I think a balmy 13 in Liverpool will be much more comfortable thant the scorching 30 we had ( busses with no air condit!) Have fun! A Lynn
jackie stringer Yep, sounds like Liverpool, and sounds like you'll be 'Singing in the Rain ' there ! Liverpool is a poor cousin of London, but its special in its own right. So far, this is the best trip I've been on in years and I haven't even left my living room! Thanks guys.. :)
Tim Sounds like you ladies are having fun! Take in as much as you can.
