Yesterday we went to the Elephant Sanctuary in the hills of Chiang mai. It was an awesome experience and we fully support what 'Lek', the tiny Thai lady that runs and owns the sanctuary, is doing here. Hi all, just want to say God has been so good to us this trip. Its not always easy being in a country where communication is difficult and you don't have a clue how things work but He has guided and provided for us in every way. and we're having such fun! A quick update, we're in Chiang Mai at the mo, a city in northern Thailand (known for trekking). Went on a lovely longtail boat cruise to a thai herb & fruit farm where we sampled lemongrass & ginger juice and star fruit, yummy! Tomorrow morning we're off quad biking through the rainforests and on Sunday we get to feed, walk & bath elephants when we go on a day trip to the elephant sanctuary.
