Today was a lost day we slept in until 11:30 and headed to europcar at about 12 . We then headed to the Qatar terminal to try to change our flights at Charles de Gaul airport. This was a complete waste of time as they could not change our flights there ( they actually told us basically to cancel our flights with no refund and book new ones, we are glad that wasn't quite the case) and gave us a Paris number to call, this was also useless as the phone kept disconnecting! Luckily Shelley came to the rescue and organized the changes from Canada through Qatar in Canada (Thank you Shelley yet again you got us out of a pickle! Something im begining to realize is It makes such a difference to be in your own country to organize stuff). I am not happy with that Qatar, your website should at least allow modifications online not just cancellations!

After we left the airport it was 4 pm and check in time at our cool little botique hotel. We are very happy with this place but unfortunately we lost a full night with no refund as we changed our dates :( Definately not our biggest crisis this trip! We then went clothes shopping, found some good deals, came back and had a shower and put on some nice clean clothes! What a relief it was 4 or 5 days in the same outfit is not great! For anyone!!!!

We headed out for dinner and had a nice French meal as recommended by our hotel. I had my first snails and they were quite good especially with all that sauce. After that we had a few more drinks and then headed to bed feeling cleaner and more relaxed!
