You two look like you have been having a fantastic time .... very jealous of the weather as it looks like autumn is here now. sorry haven't had much time to message (that goes to you too Daphne, promise to send you a update e-mail soon xx) kiddies have been keeping me very busy and Ben has been working all hours and when he has had a free moment he has been knocking our wall down so haven't had my usual time on the computer. Sorry I (and Isabel) wasn't very chatty when you phoned, was still half asleep and full of cold - I promise to be full of scintillating conversation next time you ring!! Lots of love to you both and obviously miss you terrably. Joey xx
P.S. Isabel has taken to eating mouthfulls of dinner for 'nic-nic and gotty'!!! xx

It is so cold here that I needed to gaze at the Brisbane photographs just to feel the heat! The weather looks glorious, the skyline is impressive and the grins and smiles are huge. So no worries there then!
You look to have been having a good family time, I guess that your big brother will miss you now that you are leaving and moving on.
It's hard to think of you being so far away now. But, thank goodness for the wonders of computerland!
Tony and I spent the day in London, Thursday of last week. There we were, gazing at Eros, but where were you Scotty that's the thing!
Well, guess that's about all for now. Been to Inverness this weekend so missed Titan's thrashing at Exeter. I think that we are in for a rough ride this season. Then there is the other matter of England and the world cup--- oh dear. Need I go on! I shall go on, just long enough to say looking forward to your update. 'Til then, love to you both, Janet. xx

Hiya
Just got back from a nice weekend at the Abergavenny food festival so all good back in England. Nic you're beginning to look like an Aussie, all blonde and brown! I remember when Jo and I went to Oz thinking a lot of plants are like the ones in Spain. The plant you're referring to is of course bougainvillea (not sure about that spelling)! Hope you're having a great time and look forward to hearing from you again soonxxxxxxxxxxx
Nic
Ah Joey, love hearing about Izzy's little antics!! Tell me more...........
Photos are now uploaded everyone, unfortunately nothing from the islands in Thailand but have got some snaps on a disposable.
Love to all xxxx

Hi you two
Nothing new to report from here. We took Isabel to the zoo today - she was very sweet and really enjoyed it but had an unhealthy desire to feed the crocodiles from her hand and couldn't understand why I wouldn't let her feed them like the goats at the pub!!
Looking forward to talking to you soon. Don't worry when, kiddies will survive!
Love and hugs to you both xx
Daddy

ha! a pelican getting hit on the head with a frisbee! sounds like something out of the simpsons! that thought is going to keep me smiling all day...seriously, think i've soiled myself from laughing so much and people in the office dont know what i'm laughng about.
would love to give you some interesting news, but unfortunately the only thing thats happened is that i've bought a pair of snowboard boots...so im getting excited like a lady over heels. though i'm sure scott would be impressed as they kinda look like stormtrooper boots...
hugs and high fives all round

Good morning and how are you? Lots of things happening in Malaysia with wildlife in abundance, snakes and Kiwis on the loose. You are living life on the edge there Nic, take care! Thanks for your email Scott. Hope the photos arrived. Makes a change for you to be on the receiving end! Couldn't bring up your latest photos, just the spaces where they should have been I suspect.
We shall be watching the NZ match later today. Hope it's a good game. Tony tells me that Pezi is not in the squad and you're not in. I might not bother watching! Speak soon. Janet. xx

Back from Scotland and catching up with your travels. Can't get any of your latest photos off though.........is it the camera? A grass snake in the bog? Wait until you get to Oz...Sat down on the loo and levitated 6 ft. into the air when a fat green tree frog tickled my bum. They like to congregate under the rim for moisture in the dry season.
Treatment very good in Scotland. Had some superb therapy on "The Britannia"- the decommisoned yacht of Our Queen. And in Troon, complained so much about the (non)-view that we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite...............
All for now - too tired after our holiday in the honeymoon suite..............
Loads and loads of love andXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX's
PS: Hi, Ady: Nice to meet you in passing..............
Daddy
