Dear Nic & Scott,
Re: dog-Izzy, I don't suppose we shall know whether the op has been a success until she starts using her leg as freely as the other three! Mind you, a neighbour in my lane has two South African Ridgebacks, one of which only has three legs. She has adapted perfectly well and is very vigorous.
The last time I was in Berlin the bus was caught in a student demonstration which was dispersed by the police using water hoses. It was a bit scary at the time as the students were rocking the vehicle!
Hallo, Jo and tribe. Haven't heard much from you lately. Is Sam still supping and poo-ing? And how is child-Izzy? I take it you won't have to move again?
By the way, your Pa told me he was collecting you at Stanstead Airport at 2.00 p.m. (afternoon). You now say "Our flight back is late on Wed......" You had better clarify that with him.
Look forward to seeing the two wanderers again,
Love, NannyD.
Nic
Nanny daphne,
dad has told me about iz and then she just seems a little confused by the whole experience, i take it the vets thought the op was a success? We are currently in Berlin but stuck in a cafe as it is very windy, cold and wet, I suppose our good luck with the weather couldnt last forever! Our flight back is late on wed so will be sure to pop round on thurs, once I have put the washing machine on!!!
Speak soon, love me xxxxx
Heath

Hi to you both. Having problems getting access into your latest blog. Not sure if the problem is ours or not. You are obviously on your way home soon according to nannydaff,(you must explain the name to me at some time!) So just wanted to say, have a safe journey home and thank you for sharing your journey with us all. Love to you both. Janet xx
Nannydaff
Nannydaff probably "blogging" you a last message before your return home.
I have two invalides in the house - Martin with a chill and dog-Izzy with a cone around her neck and a long cut full of stitches up her leg! She is being very good shut in the back room quietly and doesn't really seem to have too many after-effects from the op. Let's just hope the wound heals cleanly. She's fine in herself and would leap about if she could. I'll take a photo of her in the cone. (On second thoughts I wish Martin had the cone around his neck the way he is sneezing.)
I am glad you went to Autswich. So few youngsters these days have any perception of the atrocities that were committed there.
By the way, I couldn't get any photographs out of Prague at all although your Pa says you were having difficulties with the camera.
Look forward to seeing you soon and hallo to Lou.
Nic
