From my journal:

So its about 11:30 at night (on saturday oct 13th) and I am still at Nikki's. After spending a gorgeous day at the beach (Lido Central) we headed back to her apartment where we got cleaned up and she made me dinner. I figured out my class schedule for next semester while she studied for her art history mid-term. I was suppose to meet the rest of the temple kids tonight at the Trevi fountain but some mis-communication lead to me hanging out with Nikki again (not that I mind). I tried to go to my hostel, but the metro stops running around 9pm and we couldnt find the correct bus to take, so that was a pain, but I got some good gelato out of it lol. I'm excited for tomorrow, were going to the Vatican! It should be fun!
