Walked up Madison avenue this morning getting another perspective of NYC. Our first stop was Grand Central Station, which has shops and restaurants throughout. The place was amazing and didn't look like a train station at all. When we left we walked past a sports store with some Mets caps etc so went in to check it out however wasn't what we were looking for so kept moving. We ended up buying some hear from the mets shop later in the day. We went to Mood where Project Runway is filmed (a designer show) and I managed to pick up some material to make something with. We were a bit stitched though as the material I had picked out had a tag on it saying $14 per yard but was actually $25 per yard and they hadn't removed the tag, material was already cut so couldn't change my mind. We went to Macy's to do a last shop for NY and managed to get quite a few things for Brett within minutes of entering the store. Brett then headed down to the bar while I checked out 4 levels of females clothes(there is 8 levels in total) but ran out of time for the remaining 4. When I met back up with Brett he had made friends at the bar once again with a WA family. We headed back to the hotel for a quick shower and headed out for dinner at Planet Hollywood and Spiderman on Broadway. The show was excellent with over 1 million dollars put into flying the actors around the auditorium.
