It was our last day to take in the breathtaking views we had from our Vila so we woke early and packed our luggage ready for Vasilias (our porter) to come and collect for us. We went to the pharmacy to get some cream for a heat rash that I had 'too much sun, not enough protection' was the response I received. We later found out that the steroid foam that he had given me was not good and made it worse. Oh well what do you expect from an Island pharmacist. We said goodbye to our Aussie friends and got our taxi to the airport. The airport was very small but very very busy however there was a nice terrace overlooking the planes landing and taking off. Arrived back in Athens would have loved to spend another day in Santorini. We made it to our hotel after catching 3 trains, our hotel (Centrotel) was very nice but the area was quite dodgy. We got some room service, had a quiet night in and did some reading.
