Spent the day at Timbertown. Arrived just on 10am and made a dash straight for the mini-train which was great. Now crowds at all. The girls love the animals especially the sheep. Went and watched the bullock show and we got in trouble when Gabrielle went wandering in front of the bullock team after the show finished. Headed down to the fire station and the old saw mill afterwards. Gabrielle was intrigued by the saw mill.
Then off to the heritage steam train then down to the horse carriadge rides. Nealry could not get Gabrielle off! HAd afternoon tea at the restaurant before going n the nature walk and looking at the the baby ducks behind oine iof the old houses.
Made a mad dash to the RTA as Margies licence was about to expire. After hanging out in the carpark for 1/2an our we headed of to the shops for a case of Coronas and the worlds most expensive lime from the local fruit market. $2!!!!
Went for a scooter ride and walk to the old flour mill site on the headland. 'Windmill Hill. Got lat and walked back inthe dark/ Kids had a ball, poor Margie got chaffing.
