Hey!
I am in Singapore now. It is thirty three degrees but there is also a lot of rain at lunchtimes. It catches you on the hop. The clouds must go 'Look at Sam, walking along the road, basking in the heat without an umbrella AGAIN. Let's rain on her!' I am never going to moan about the rain in the Uk again!
It is very different to Japan here. I know I always say it but it is absolutely gorgeous but in a totally different way. Everything is tidier and more planned here. I guess, it is a more conventional exotic type of beauty, palm trees, bolveards and so many malls. . . which are hard to avoid when you are trying to shelter from the rain!
Feel very foolish about my DIET comment when i was in Japan, the DIET is paliament buildings nothing to do with diets so am trying to educate myself a bit more and have done a guided tour. However, am hoping to go off to a couple of the nearby beachy islands and the famous zoo- hence the elephants- before I go! A short leg of the trip but quite an expensive one!

PS Was a bit gutted yesterday. Dad told me there was an earthquake in Japan last week. I waited every day for one, only a haress one -juenough to make the pictures fall off the walls-and apparently I had one and completely missed it!!!
