Good Morning. It's Friday and it's going to be another great one. This is the view from our bedroom deck. Sorry about the lack of pictures yesterday, but we were so excited we forgot to bring a camera with us. Promise to take one today. Yesterday after we checked in we walked up to the grocery store and on the way back stopped at a bottle store (liquor) and picked up some wine. After a light lunch we walked and swam on the beach for a few hours. The condo has 2 pools and a hot tub, so we had to check those out too. We even went down the waterslide. After a quick shower we walked up to Hard Rock Cafe and had a late supper. Food was great. That was it for yesterday, and probably we'll do the same for today.
The main drag here really reminds me of the Gulf Coast Highway in St. Pete's. Lots of stores and lots of people and one great beach. Except when they talk do you realize that you're not Speaking of the beach, the whole 25 miles is patrolled by lifeguards and is flagged. No flag or a red flag means no swimming and a red/yellow flag means you are allowed to swim. These red/yellow are only about 100 meters wide and are about 1/2 km apart. Swimming is a bit of a misnomer because you can't actually swim. The surf is too high and strong, all you actually do is stand up (try to anyway) and let the surf break over you and hopefully don't get knocked down. (if you do get knocked down you lose your trunks and get sand in every orifice). Also, there are oodles of people surfing up and down the beach and you can take surfing lessons.
Catch you all later. Hope you didn't get too much snow. (wink wink nudge nudge)
Cheers.

Kim swearing off dsposiable coffee cups. Somehow I havent quite got around to adding it to my list of official resolutions; let alone taking it serious enough to last more than a day without a cup. I am a wandering English
