A few kilometres further on we all needed a pit stop and came across this place in the wilderness, the first one we saw in 120 km. Picked up some coffee. BTW I must mention something about the coffee here. You cannot buy a regular cup of coffee here, say like at Timmy's. Well this morning we looked at a map and saw we only had about 150 klicks to go so we decided to take the "scenic route" through the Blue Mountains. We drove to Singleton on the New England Highway, had breakfast at a small cafe, and then turned south on Route 69, a twisty, windy and hilly road that added 120 km to our trip. OK, someone is not having fun. Or are the rest of us having too much? We pulled the plug around six and decided to get something to eat (we had forgotten to eat lunch). Besides, we were having fun buying wine. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view) we have bought way too much wine to bring back across the border, so we will be forced to drink it all in the next ten days. Hey! Someone has to do it. Needless to say, we are now exhausted ...

Our next five samples came from Lindeman's. Yes, this is the same Lindeman's that we buy in New Brunswick. Well, the same vintner, but not the same wine. These were so much better and only available at this store. Sooo sad.
