hello all!

i just got back from Snowboarding with Nik and Sam (they ski) - we went really early this morning! I had so much fun....i went on Tuesday with Nik for the first time and i fell...A LOT! I didn't have any lessons and Nik's never snowboarded so i really just strapped the board on and figured it out as i went along! but it's awesome - so much better than skiing! so yeh, today we went again and it was much easier this time so i fell much less and am sort of getting the hang of it a bit more...learning how to turn properly etc. very exciting! i want to go all the time!

Anyway, so the rest of this week has been good too...Monday and Tuesday (before going to Snoqualmie - the ski place) i didn't really do much, explored a bit, went for a walk with the dog etc...then on Wednesday, Lisa took be to Issaquah and we went out for lunch and did a bit of shopping. And yesterday i went with Emma and her boyfriend Sam into Seattle - we went to Fremont and saw the big Troll that is in the film '10 things i hate about you' and went for a wander around town and out for lunch...it was really nice!

Dunno what im gonna do this weekend and next week - hopefully go back into Seattle and see more of the sights

Only 2 and a half weeks until i'm home!!!! can't wait!
