hello everyone...it's been a few days since i last wrote anything so here goes:

I am now at the Newman's...such lovely people and a beautiful house! the room i'm staying in is HUGE! The last couple of days i've just been going to Santa Monica and to the beach mainly - it's such lovely weather...so hot and sunny! bliss! this is my heaven...just lying in the sun on the beach reading a book all day. i think i may even get a vague tan woohooo! It's so nice here that i've decided to stay an extra two days, so now i'm leaving for San Francisco on Monday instead of Saturday...who really wants to pass up the opportunity to be in the sunshine? NOT ME that's for sure.

Anyway, yesterday i went to the cinema and saw a film called 'Charlie Bartlett' (i don't think it's out in the uk yet) - really good, really funny and charming...basically about a bunch of screwed up teenagers, but in a good way.

Also yesterday i bought an iPod Touch! wooooohoooooo! so cheap comparatively to what it would have been in the uk...i love how weak the dollar is, it's amazing! although i got the ipod home and then realised that my computer doesn't have the right operating system (i won't bore you with the details)...oops. but luckily someone here has the one i need so i can upgrade my computer tonight! yay!
