Safe so it's been about a month that I've been living in Salvador. My portuguese is coming along the weather has got extremely sick, ie sunny everyday, the best part is it's still winter. A rast surf instructor tried to tell me that he felt cold yesterday as he walked from his surf shop to the beach in his boardies (in the blaring sunshine) - I was sweating. Anyway, portuguese is coming along and am trying to get some work together. Gave some photos to a modeling agency as i figured that being blonde and blue-eyed might be able to earn me some cash. Anyway went for a 'teste' today for some comercial for sum fruit juice...dont really no exactly but heard it would pay between 200 and 300 reais for the day so fingers crossed I get get it. Got my first rugby match tomorrow for Salvador, should be jokes, plus jokes third half. Not looking forward to playing in the midday sun tho. Game is as 2.30... Great. english teaching is pretty easy as most of the students have a pretty good level so I just go through articles with them and chat. Went snorkeling the other day and saw a turtle and a puffer fish. live.
