Hey i'm back and i'm black!!! haha

This is going to be a quick post as I am about to go out for dinner again. Last night I set my alarm for 9 am - alaskan time. HOWEVER, I must have slept through it as I didn't wake up until 3 pm! I must have been very tired from all my flights and lack of sleep. Once i woke up, i had a warm shower, and took a walk to the the local shop called the New Galagers. I bought myself a coffee (americano) and a croissant. Then I took a walk to downtown - about a 20 minute walk. I had a look around the shops, went to starbux for another coffee haha so I could read the guide book for recommended activities and locations. Tomorrow I might rent a bike and bike around anchorage and do a trail, and also i need to buy some "Xtra tuffs" which arel ike gum boots but very warm, and made to walk on ice and through snow. I'll need those for when i'm volunteering. The day after, I might take a walk up the alps however i'll need to rent some equipment like ice axes etc but that should be awesome!! but thats just a maybe at the moment. The town is awesome! All the street names are very american, for example. A street, B street etc, and 1st avenue, 2nd avenue. SO you can never get lost! There is snow everywhere!! and very cold still but the weather is warming up so im' told. All around the town you can see big mountains covered in snow!! and I am yet to see a cloud in the sky - the weather here is amazing!! cold... but amazing. Just the other day before I arrived they had about 5 feet of snow all at once!! thats a lot of snow..

Anyways I better go as i'm about to go out to dinner with Mandy again, but i'll upload some mroe photoso soon!
