Hi all,

Well this week has been dramatic including the change in my hair colour.

Monday I went into work with my gifts from family back home and decorated my desk. I also got some photo's of me wearing the Jimmy hat and all the accessories. We had a laugh and a giggle but I think the Jimmy hat mat appear in future travel destinations. Just watch for the photo's to spot our wee Jimmy.

At night C and I went running as we thought the weather looked ok, as you can see from the photo's we were wrong a bit like the weather men over here. We were half way round our run and crossing the story bridge when the lightening got bad. You can see from the photo's. At one point it was above our heads and crackled and turned red instead of blue, we thought we were done for and so did the OZ guy running the other way. By the time we got home you would have thought we had taken a dump into the sea as we dripping from head to toe. Then the rain stopped the minute we got inside!!!!!

Last week I signed for my mate Matts team called Logan United Soccer Club to play in a 7-aside tournie under the assumed team name of Useless FC. We played Fireside Axes last week and drew 1 - 1, I set up the goal of course. Wednesday I played against Goodlife FC we drew 3 - 3, again set up 2 and everyone is delighted with the wee scotsman. Been good fun and enjoying the taste of footie again. Want to score a goal badly though, have hit the post, the bar and even the keeper in the face just want go in.

Thursday night we went out running and near the end C and her clumsiness took a trip of a pathing stone and went nose first into the concrete. She has the bruises now to prove it on her shoulders, knees and elbows not good!!!

Friday we were a bit disappointed we forgot our camera as we decided last minute after work to go out for something to eat. We went to waggamama's and C told me all her friends back home raved about this restuarant. Food was good, cost was good and the atmophere was great, could feel a song coming on there but I want!!! One of our flatmates turned up to work there when we were eating so that was cool too!

Saturday we got up late which has been a first and went and done a bit of shopping then tried to get some sun worshipping done in southbank parks.

Today we ran 12k and it was nice and relaxing along the riverside and then took a long stroll round the river and headed into town to do some planning. We are worried as we forgot about our road trip from Sydney to Melbourne next January so we are getting stuck into the reasearch now so that we can get the good deals.

Everyone laughs at us with all our planning. We have everything booked up to Sydney in January and even have the detailed plans for New Zealand, Fiji and America. One of our flat mate who leaves same time as us has no accomadation yet in Sydney and isn't panicing but can't believe how orgainsed and down to the last minute detail, Hey thats me and C for when have we never been planning for something!!!

In the Brisbane paper it mentions these thiefs who keep taking rosemary from a landowners property, little do they know it's all us flatmates. C and I went rumbling in the dark in search for the mighty rosemary and eventually found it. Passers by must have thought we were mad. Went well with C's roast though added that extra taste.

Well of to my reasearch now before a flatmate comes and tells me I'm hogging it for to long!!!
