Dora is the name for their car for anyone who might be familiar with the cartoon character.
Sorry to hear about those problems though, but it's good that you are still enjoying yourselves. Hope you stay cool tomorrow, as the weather with really start to hit you and make you understand what it is like to be out there in the red stuff.
Travelling Sam
May i start with a huge apology for lack of blogs and messages from ourselves, we have been very busy what with looking for a car and buying camping gear and abby having a baby! all very inconvient things! well at the moment we are in coober pedy, we had five nights camping which was great fun! now were staying in a hostel which is underground! its very unusual! anway we are fine had a couple of incidents with dora but im sure ricky will fill you in when we get a chance to blog it up! just a quick hi anyway! keep in touch

Hello you outbackpackers, No blog for a while must be because Uncle Ricky has his hands full with Ellie and Aunty Sam has hers full of messy nappies URGHHHHHHH. Did you hear about Radiohead selling their latest album online for whatever the downloader decided it is worth. Average price for the first week was £4. Now that is good considering there are no manufacturing or distribution costs. Coldplay are due to release their latest before Xmas. It will be a short (42mins max) album with a hispanic sound. Interesting! Well that and the fact that Elvis Presley is still dead winds up the music news. I am off to Patsys on the 26th for a long weekend and I'll bring you back a haggis but don't expect it to be here when you return !!! Stay lucky and alert. Miss you both. DAD XXXX

Gemma & Matt
Hi guys, glad your still having a great time - just read your blog on singapore & agree that it's a lovely city (just doesnt have the smellyness of bangkok!). Well, we are well and truly back to the grind of day to day life in England and i am now working hard at uni whilst matt has just been offered a new job down in oxford which he starts in a couple of weeks. Matt has really suffered from the 'post travel blues' and longs for the days when we were riding elephants, trekking mountains & eating rice. We are now planning our next adventure as we need something to look forward to, so we are thinking of Africa! (but not for a while yet!!) Anyways, enjoy Oz you lucky duckies. As you can see i have embraced the beauty of facebook and can now keep up to date with all the gossip - it's great!
Love to you both, cant wait til your back so we can do the Thailand '07 reunion! Pad Thai & singha's all round!!
