So we've been at Waroora Station since Sunday and of course loving it!
We drove up to the station house 33km and got a map of the station. On our way up we pulled into sandy point ( the hard way) and got bogged. We un hitched and used the snatch strap to pull the trailer out. All sorted we continued our journey. We arrived at the station house and asked where 7 or 9 mile beach was ( had in good authority it was a good spot) station owner said it didn't exist. Hmm thanks brad. We settled for 14 mile and went all the way back down to where we first came in. Also on our way to the station house we saw real deal hippies!! We were going to camp next to them but it was too far from the beach ( maybe people think we are hippies therefore we have almost a entire beach of bays to choose from)
We are camped about 20m from the water right on the beach front. We've paid for a week so still have a few days to go! It really is amazing scenery with 180 degree view of ocean! There is a reef out the back which just pass it you can see whales dancing around.
The beaches here are picture perfect white sand and blue beach with amazing coral to see. Fishing today Daniel caught his first fish ( 2 rock cod). Lol. we have now got all bait and hooks ready for the less windy day and fingers crossed maybe a snapper will bite.
We drove into coral bay along a sand track 15km. Coral bay is nice and small. We are definitely spoilt by the spot we are in now.
It was so busy when we arrived (people holidaying over fathers day weekend). We pulled up next a young family who were very nice but had to go home the next day because of work. They had a 4 year old (almost 4)! Haha that Xander was totally distracted by! He became the most helpful Todler ever...with eyes only for Charlotte! Very very cute!
Another Richo rescue was performed today. I helped jump start a car in coral bay.
We drove all over the station in the past couple of days. Our tyres have forgotten what it was like to be over 25psi and out of 4wd. But we have seen many amazing things on this station definitely one we recommend.

Mum So cool. Wish we were there
Richo (Of the Brad Variety) After speaking to you on the phone, I totally remembered that its 14mile. I knew you'd figure it out and looks like you got a good spot. Haha, sorry for the bum steer, but what's a few mile between Richo's ey? Head south from 14 mile to the rocks/cliff area and fish there at high tide, odds on for a snapper (Well, actually, with your track record, maybe a 50/50 chance :)
