Well the brief interlude of doing nothing was abruptly brought to an end this morning with 10km hike. According to the tourist map, there was a short uphill section and then the path levelled out along the edge of the cliff for the next 8kms or so. After yesterday's outing to Mostar we have now crossed the land border between Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina 6 times, each time taking anywhere between 0 and 45 mins. Having thoroughly enjoyed our time in Split and the day trip to Trogia, it was time to set off for Dubrovnik. As our time in Split draws to a close, it has been nothing short of fantastic. Our accommodation, La Porta Luxury Rooms, was right at the North gate to the old city and looked out over the open air fruit & veg market and the harbour with the nearby islands on the horizon.
