The John, and the lovely Sarah, Well! All sounds truely mega. I am truely envious as I sit here cotemplating a ridiculously boring Rolls Royce Contract, Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarp. 20 quid to swap places? per day. per hour? ok, per second?
Nice to read about sarah vomming antics! and extremely impressed about your lake TITicaka (dody spelling) experience. I saw Michael Palin on TITicaka and looked incredible.
The John, good boy for conquering the world's most dangerous road. Now all you need is to be ridiculously receeding to be a real hero like me. I SWEAR!
Anyway, hossman must go, but hossman will return. You will feel his wrath once again very soon. Memories of the Lancaster Boat Club message board?!
Looking forward to catching up in Oz over multiple beers, rice and pea.
PS. Ainley stinks

Hey hey hey - Well yes, Sarah is drunk - she can´t handle her booze and can get quite embarrasing sometimes.
We are in Antafagasta in Chile right now, which has nothing much to offer apart from a bed for the night to split up the marathon journey down the coast. I´ve just bought myself some board shorts and a pair of flip flops that hurt my feet (my toes will toughen up).
Sorry we´ve not put the latest pics on the web yet - San Pedro was shocking for the internet (they can barely do running water, never mind a quick dial up connection) and we are getting up at 2:45 tonight/tomorrow, so there´s no way I´m doing it now!
Ciao all.
ps. Hi to all those first time message boarders. Great to hear from you.
Sarah

Just got back from a really lovely 'DO' for Auntie Margaret and Uncle Ted's Golden Wedding and checked your website to find your latest update, Great. Met Becky and Pitt in Durham and had lunch in the Italian by the bridge, the place we went to when we met you in Durham yonks ago!!! Took Grandma too. We then subjected Pitt to a crazy family gathering, I think he survived. It was great, lots of chattering, great memories and best of all Kathryn had put a load of old cine films on DVD, including their wedding. It was magic, you'll love it when you see it. Put Becky and Pitt on the train at Darlington and then went back for the evening and have just got back now. Kathryn and Graham were both there and send their love as does everyone else. Showed them some of your photos, I think Uncle Ted is packing his bag as I write this!! Joking apart everyone thought they were fantastic.
Take care and all our love as always. M & D XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi there,
Got your latest package and put the photos on the computer, all present and correct; all 202 ! It all looks amazing and looking forward, eventually, to when you can fill in all the details. Really looking forward to the DO this weekend. Will take the computer so can show some of your photos. Kathryn and Graham will both be there so it'll be great to all get together. Looking forward to your next journal entry when you next get a minute!! Hope there's no more "jippy tums!"
