thought i should say hello, because i keep checkin up on u (v.v.v.v.jealous) and not leaving a message. ....because your site makes me bitter. have been lookin at your photos - they are reeeeally impressive! looks like your snazzy new camera was definately a good investment. EXCEPT the ones playing with perspective made me accidentally laugh out loud in the computer room so now im embarrassed. jeff wasnt kiddin bout sat nite round lancaster - it was messy, keith THREW me on the pavement!- (well, thats how i tell it...) but he got his punishment by still being sick at 8pm sunday night. heh.

Hello the John and Sarah,
New Zealand sounds mega and your experience with the Dolphions sounds incredible!!! But are you sure they weren't weeing in the water and laughing at you as you swum in their wee and poo?!
I'm just saying that as I'm totally jealous, of course they weren't!!!!
I'm really looking forward to joining you and Ainster in the southern hemisphere - I'm now staying in Bondai - I'll look up how close that is to the Pink House where you are. And when are you in sydney again, I forgot!
Keep blogging and if you see any hobits in NZ, give them a kick from me. RJW - I know you have nightmares over gandolf the wizard and the walking tress, but they're not so bad, as long as you haven't got an axe in your hand!

Hi there,
Lovely to hear from you from NZ. I'm having difficulty coming to terms with the fact that when I start my Tuesday you've already had yours, It's really weird. Your Tuesday, or was it Wednesday? sounds amazing, a lot better than mine I can assure you. Year 11 mid lesson and all the computers in the place crash and along with it my lesson but hey. We chatted about interesting meals from other cultures. The idea of eating guinea pig caused a few faces but then their imaginations ran away with them and I had to work hard to change the topic of conversation. A relief when the bell went. It sounds like you are enjoying some traditional food - fish and chips!! Got to go 'cos it's Tuesday - pilates - and I'm being good and fighting the flab!! Eating out Wednesday though with the ladies from pilates and then on Friday it's Mike's retirement do at work so some good nosh!!
Looking forward to some more piccies.
Love as always, Mum XXXXXXXXXXXXx

P.S. Richard - do a thorough examination before purchasing Sarah's replacement - she may not be as female as she looks !!!! xxxxx

Hey guys - well your last set of photos are amazing - the salt planes look incredible! I have to say richard your lovely yellow boiler suit really does suit you- and Sarah your large stone mount did not look dissimilar from some of the horses we had at competitions last year! How is NZ going? Am looking forward to some more fab pics. When are you meeting up with Suzie and Shane? I am currently avoiding packing - I am driving up to Liverpool tomorrow and start on Friday. I am not currently filled with much enthusiasm as I kind of feel I have had enough of meeting new faces and don't really want to go back to work - maybe I should consider early retirement or maternity leave! Have had a lovely last couple of weeks at home so should not complain! Went power kiteing at the weekend - Richard you would love it! Anyway take lots of care, love Jo xxx

Sarah and Richard Richard!
Did you really eat the gunia pig? I'm so disgusted! Anyway, did you hear that you've been sacked and I have your job now Richard? Bad luck. You're not missing too much here with the big run up to christmas, everyone is planning their outfits for the Christmas party and putting their trees up. Bet the folk at the Bridge are getting all the 'local' decorations ready and making mulled wine as offerings to the 'Bridge' gods, does the Queen still visit on Christmas day?
I've got my house on the market at long last and I've had a couple of offers so all being well it will be sold soon! We've all seen the first sic episodes of LOST, not that that will be on your mind at all. A new plane crashes and there are six sets of 'others', Kate was a hologram all along, Sawyer becomes king of the jungle and kills all the polar bears...
Make sure you carry on having an amazing time!

Hows the jet lag?
South America looked so wonderful and I can't wait to see some photos from New Zealand.
Richey, tell Sarah about the New Zealand christmas tree - you might get to see them.

Just lost the lovely long message i had written so ill write it again... in summary...
Today we had the MOST AMAZING DAY!! We SWAM with DOLPHINS!!! I just cant take the smile off my face (except for when the computer lost my message!) Incredible, Fantastic, Beautiful i just cant find the words to describe it!! The dolphins were in a really playful mood, jumping out of the water and swimming right at us. Even the guys who ran the trip said it was a 10 out of 10 day! It was really fantastic that we were out there in their natural environment and they wanted to be with us !!!!!!!! ahhhhh!!!
Thats all, will write diary entry soon....promise....
...off for fish and chips for tea. S xx

Hey Rich
Good of you to tap up the ES boys before you left (and if you read this guys, hello and hope you're well). A few (Ross, Drayt and yourself) have done the travelling thing now and everyone's photos certainly keep giving me ideas! I'm still an environmental scientist and proud of it (well, sort of!), but given 6 months off, I'd probably do the same...
Must admit, this is a brilliant site and you're posting some great images-who wouldn't like to be let loose on a mine with some dynamite!? Keep the photos coming and stay safe in those foreign paradises!-

Hi there you two just opened your e mail to say you are in New Zealand, a bit of a change I bet.
I HAVE JUST SPENT SO LONG READING EVERYONES MESSAGES THAT I HAVE LITTLE TIME LEFT TO WRITE BEFORE I SHOULD BE TUCKED UP IN BED, OR ELSE MY LITTLE PEOPLE MIGHT BE ALL TOO MUCH FOR ME TOMORROW. (SARAH I GUESS THOMAS IS OFF YOUR CHRISTMAS CARD LIST FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS.) I HAVE'NT YET OPENED UP YOUR PHOTO ALBUM IT SOUNDS LIKE THERE ARE EVEN MORE GREAT PHOTOS TO SEE. LOTS OF CHANGES GOING ON ON THE SCHOOL FIELD IT WILL LOOK VERY DIFFERENT BY THE TIME YOU COME HOME IT HAS NOW ALL BEEN DRAINED AND A PLAY AREA IS BEING CONSTRUCTED. EVERYONE IS WELL AND I THINK I AM ALMOST BETTER NOW, MY VOICE IS BACK ANYWAY. DAD SAYS HELLO AND YOU ARE MISSING TYPICAL WET AND MISERABLE WEATHER. kEITH IS EVEN MORE MISERABLE THAN THE WEATHER BECAUSE HE CAN,T GET ON WITH THE FENCING. HE IS WISHING HE WAS IN KIWI SUNSHINE ANYWAY LESS OF HIS MISERY SIMON IS HAPPY AS HIS SPENDING MONEY HAS INCREASED DUE TO GOING BEATING. WE HAVE THE FIRE AND THE DARK NIGHTS AND IT IS JUST BEGINING TO DAWN ON ME HOW CLOSE CHRISTMAS REALLY IS. ANYWAY GOT TO GO.
