So I began today by waking up at 10.30.. nice and early haha. I think I slept in to prolong the inevitable walk that mum had told me I needed to go on this morning. Anyway, so I dont own any joggers... which is probably not a surprise to anyone, and the only spare pair here I could use were my dad's, which are ridiculously massive. Needless to say, I spent the walk laughing at how clown-like my feet looked and tripping over everything. I also got conned into wearing a hat.. which kinda speaks for itself if you check out the photos.

Anyway, enough complaining.. we walked through this gorgeous nature reserve which has lake type thing at the bottom of it.. apparently there was a quarry there years ago and now it just filled up with water. It was so pretty it made up for the fact that I had to walk a billion miles to get there.

We also went to a place called the East Coast.. which surprisingly.. is just the eastern border of Singapore.. who would have guessed that. I was kinda cool, but I forgot to take pics while I was there. I'm sure I will get another chance though! There are lots of little beaches which are lined with bars and restaurants and markets. Its also got heaps of pathways full of people riding bikes, rollerblading and walking on stilts.. its crazy. My brother rode around for a while.. but I was quite content sitting back at a bar drinking cocktails :)
