Travelled up to San Francisco today via Santa Cruz. Karen and I went there 34 years ago and she refused to go on the roller coaster !! It is still there so I went and took a photo. Arriving in SF was amazing as always. I absolutely love this place. Drove across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and stopped for A drink and to take in the views. Jet lag took its toll and I was awake very early. Watched premiership football at 7am live and then decided that I had time to check out Venice beach. Could have spent the day there people watching. Well second part of my adventure. Caught a flight to Philadelphia . Waited until everyone was on board and then saw one row of four seats not filled. Felt it would be rude not to fill them so moved seats and had my own business class bed for the journey.
