The first week has been amazing. Exhausting, but amazing. Traveling is the ultimate lesson in being patient. We have traveled the city checking out schools, places to live and museums. Sleep is the hardest. The sun does not come up until after 8:00am and it starts getting dark around 3:30pm. The kids could still sleep during the few hours of light if I let them. If they sleep past 4am it is a good day. Breakfast is like a lunch and we sleep through dinner. Our hotel has tea at 3:00 everyday which is the kids favorite. We go and have tea while the sun sets (if it happen to come out) and play cards. Mike likes the beer. Traveling through the city is getting eaiser we are finding our way around. We visited Postsdam today and Studio Babelsberg briefly looking forward to seeing more of both.
