Hello!

This is the second time I'm writing my blog for the farm as I lost it all the first time (displeasing!)

Well well well..... the farm where do I start! I think it's easier to put it in bullet points!

- Arrive in Rockhampton in middle of a storm (bad times)

- Get to YHA hostel and they have a cute labrador dog (good times)

- Have to get up at 6am for transfer to Myella Farm Stay (bad times)

- Arrive and get paired up with mental horse despite putting TIMID instead of brave on the questionnaire (bad times)

- Horse refuses to walk to Trevor whips him, now I've got the horse in trouble and he hates me... proceeds to head butt me - I swiftly decide to leave the activity while I'm still in one piece (bad times)

- Find a nice horse to pat while I wait (good times)

- Wait around doing nothing for two hours wiht nice dutch girl... farm have nothing planned for us to do (bad times)

- I go to collect eggs and get pecked by chicken, I later try again and retreave eggs with sucess... I'm on my way to farm sucess at last (good times)

- confidence is shattered again after falling of a motorbike (before I even started the engine) cos I'm to weak to hold it up haha (created domino effect)... Peter (owner with one eye and is about 75 is shouting at me every ten seconds... didnt get as much as abuse as one of his staff though lol) (bad times)

- Sit down with good looking boys only for Peter to tell me I wont fit in at Nimbin ( a place we are going soon) because they are all under weight i.e calling me a fatty (bad times)

- Feed cute baby cows one is called Elvis (double good times)

- Milk a cow... it smells (good/bad times)

- me and dutch girl Marion get a ride to local town and manage to obtain a cider in local pub and some wine for the evening (good times)

- get roped into cleaning trash off the truck into the dump on way there (bad times)

- have debate with Lyn the whole way home about city v country, me and Marion found it amusing! (good times)

- Me and Emma decide to change to just one night instead of two (Good times)

- We have power cut most of time on farm (bad times)

- Peter drives us in the 4x4 to the sunset (good times)

- Deceased bird Harry pecks me continually as I fed him cookies (good/bad times)

- Leave farm... good times!!!!

I hope this amuses u anyway lol it was fun when I look back!

Not much happening in Rockhampton other than it's the beef capital of Australia.... xxx
