After a recommendation from the receptionist at the campground in Innsbruck we headed to a wee austrian village near a lake for a stop off for a couple of nights before we headed to Munich. Lovely village, that must also be popular in the ski season as can see the chairlifts etc.
Had a bit of a look around the village and enjoyed the afternoon sun with a beer. Found a good park bench in the playground for cooking dinner and managed to finish eating before the evening showers came in. So we retreated to our tent with a bottle of red wine.
The wheather the next day was amazaing, so we went for a hike up into the mountains. We thought we´d only go for a 2hr walk but it was so beautiful up there we ended up going for 6 hours. Climbed up to one summit and had lunch up there.
The wind came up in the afternoon and there were lots of kite surfers out on the lake. Mark went for a quick dip and said it was freezing so I opted for the hot shower instead.
A great place to have our last nights camping. Our little tent has held up well!
