We took a boat trip to see some jumping crocodiles. We thought this would be better than going to a crocodile farm because we wanted to see them in their natural habitat, not sedated and in cages. We stood on the upper deck of the boat, hoping the crocs couldn't jump that high, but it was still a bit scary because there was nothing between us and the water. The guide hung some meat out over the edge of the boat, splashing it in the water to tempt the crocodiles. The crocodiles sensed a free meal and it wasn't difficult to lure them to the boat. We were amazed at how high they could jump, almost a full body length out of the water. Even the giant 6m croc could jump nearly 4m high. Sion thinks crocodiles are amazing creatures and are misunderstood, Rachel prefers camels.
