Day 2 in Mexico City.
Last day in Mexico City so spent the entire day doing the sites. After breakfast (only cereal the police stole all the pancakes !) we headed out on the merto again to The Anthropology Meseum. The mertos here are completely crazy, I've never seen so many people trying to cram them selves into such small comparments before, makes the London Underground look like Haven Street railway.
The mesuem was really intresting and massive ! There was lots of exhabitions about the history of Mexico, with loads of artifacts from the Myan period. Although we did realise after that we had done the entire thing back to frount ! We wandered into the park after and saw some local people doing a tradtional dance. Well by dance I mean they climbed to the top of a really high pole (without a saftey harrnas) tied a rope around their waste and jumped off upside down, while the one on top sat and played a pipe. Seemed to be a good money maker for them though.
Went breifly and saw the worlds largest Christmas tree, which was again a bit random then spent the rest of the day wandering around the city.
Got an 11 hour bus journey over night to San Christonable later, hopefully won't take too lonng to get out the city. THere currently having a 3 Kings Celebration, which celebrates when the 3 kings came to visit Jesus.
