Ahh finially arrived in San Christonable after nearly missing the bus ! Planned to get the metro from near our hostel to the bus station which should have only taken about half an hour. However the train decied to break down and we couldn't get off ! Once we fianlly got off we only 15 mintues to hail a taxi and get on the bus before it left ! Once we managed to get a taxi we decied to bribe him to get us to the bus station asa quickly as he could, which lead to a very sceary drive, with our driver beeping at the Police because they were in our way. After the sceary taxi ride we had to make a run for the bus, which is not very easy with a massive backpack on your back and a mini one on your frount. But thank god for late bues as we only just managed to cath it. The bus journey it's self wasn't too bad, watched The Fog for a bit in Spanish then spent most of the journey sleeping. Woke up to find that we were travelling through some beatufull hilly countryside, although I've never seen so many vulchers in my life !
San Christonable is a million times better than Mexico City, its cleaner and more colourfull for a start. Checked into our hostle, which seems to be a nice but weird hippy comunue that has something to do with politics and helping the community. But we're not entirly sure what they do, very cheap place to stay though. Spent the rest of the day exploring the city & visiting the local church, which was full of weird looking statues. Then ate far too many tacos for dinner from a street stall.
Having a night in tonight with some wine and all the people who are in our hostle, prob be an early night though as everyone is shattered.
