On day one of my quest I have let myself down a little.. This morning on the way back from jobcentre fun I walked past an exceptionally small woman carrying the largest bag of rice I've ever seen.. Every 10 paces or so she had to stop, put it down, readjust her bag.. Pick it back up and shuffle on. I could easily have offered to help her out, I didn't particularly have anywhere to be, I just didn't. No good reason, just a combination of laziness and a deep fear of communicating with anyone outside my comfort bubble. Something to work on there.
