Early morning stroll around town. Is Sunday so lots of things closed today, including basically every place we had scheduled to go eat at. Spent the afternoon on a bike tour around town - which was wicked fun. Ended up going for beers with the others on the tour and the guides afterwards, so got a lot of insight into Santiago history and way of life. Jen took too much money out of the ATM and it's our last day here so that was a f*** up. Andres, a bloke on the tour said the sandwich place we ate at yesterday is Bordaine famous. Jen managed to avoid most-annoying-person-of-the-trip title which went to Kristy from Perth with blue hair. Our guides were Francisco and Neeta. At one point Francisco explained to us that a particular Chilean native tree grew above 1000 m. Jen thought that meant it was 1km tall. Francisco noted that she probably would have already heard about such a tree. Later in the tour we went for ice cream (which inexplicably they serve here in a cup with a cone stuck on top). Jen said she got a brain freeze and I told her she'd need a brain for that. Neeta chastised me. About a minute later Jen said something else and then Neeta looked at me with a forgiving expression. Also, Corner Boy wouldn't let us have lunch.
