Today we went to see the Statue of Liberty which was really cool. From way off it looked smaller than I thought it was but then you get the the island and she's HUGE! As you can see on the update photo album, I took loads of photos. We also managed to handle the subway (not that hard though so don't get toooo impressed). We came back to Port Washington quite early because we have to get up early tomorrow to depart on our trek thing. We got off the train and headed straight to Dunkin Doughnuts and got glazed doughnuts and smoothies. Mmm mmm mmmmmm! Tasty. We walked back through Port Washington which is such a pretty town.

This evening we went to a little bar with Ed and Ashley and Carys. It's right on the water front so was really nice.

Tomorrow we are heading off on our 6 week tour thing, so I will try to update you as much as possible!
