Once again I have fallen behind on my journal updates so please bear with me as i try to remember the events of the past couple of weeks. We have now left the south island for the more populated north island. Bonjourno. Still in New Zealand. Its absolutely stunning here on the south island. We are currently in Franz Josef. Its the only area in the world where you have rainforest and glaciers in the same place. You can literally go ice climbing and sunbathing at the beach on the same day. Pretty amazing place. We left Kaikoura, where I did seal swimming, about a week ago. We were back on the kiwi experience bus and heading to Nelson, which has the most sunshine hours...

Well, everyone, Fiji has gone by in a flash and we our now in NEW ZEALAND. Probably the place i have most been looking forward to. The weather is fantastic. Sunshine, no rain, low humidity and cool nights. We are staying in a great hostel, which has duvets. We havent had duvets anywhere on our trip yet, so had the best nights sleep ever last night. Our hostel is also a converted Jail, which worried Tom and Lee, who are thinking i may break out into another nightm...
