A few comments have been posted about my tan or lack of it.. I have to admit that I've yet to go my usual "golden brown" colour but I bet I'm browner than you pasty boys back home! Walshy, loved the banter in the kebab shop, sounded like you were about to get your head kicked in! Did you get out alive? Corfers, best place I've visited so far was Byron Bay - great surfing, great nightlife, great women....behaved myself of course! Laters dudes

Hi sis! Yeah that is a bit of a coincidence! The crew were a good laugh although 10 PEOPLE decided to leave after the first night as they felt sea sick...whimps! That basically meant we had sh*t loads of booze and food to get through which we just about managed! On the 2nd night we hooked up with another boat called Southern Cross for a massive party on board our boat which was a bit messy! Gilligans was fully booked when I arrived in Cairns and money is tight so stayed somewhere cheaper...off to NZ on Mon morn...bring it on! Any tips on things to do, places to stay? x
The Arse
Paul stay at Gilligans in Cairns - its the most amazing hostel you will ever stay in - its like a palace!!
The Arse
OMG!!! I cant believe it!! Paul you went on the same boat as me in the whitsundays!! I went on the British Defender too!!! Im amazed - what a coincidence! We obviously have the same very good tastes! Ur crew looked a laugh - hope you had a good time. Perry (aka Dave) im so sorry for upsetting you! I promise i will never say a bad word about ur lions again! rrahhh xxx

Scalls, what's all this about my beaver standards being non-existent?! Mate, if only you had met my 2 recent exes (Tess and Nina for those who had the privilege of meeting them!) Easy on the eye springs to mind! There's nothing wrong with a few mind games on the golf course - no doubt you would have mentioned the same story if you were in my shoes! Thought you had the mental strength to override such a pressure shot, especially coping with the sheer despair of being a Millwall supporter! Sounds like a case of sour grapes to me, even if I did triumph emphatically only on the putting green!! Bring on a rematch, though this time will be toasting further success in the bar come the 15th!! M3 glad to see you've resurfaced - was beginning to wonder if you hadn't been cuaght up in this £50 million squid ransom plot!!Davs is looming once again. Fri week (3rd March) is a distinct poss, will liaise nearer the time. Bring on the weekend! Garn, recommend Geckos backpackers in Cairns - some stunning Scandenavians stayed there when I was there - love the banter! One of the supervisors, Nicole, might still be there. She used to come out on the raz with me and the others, real party girl. Work on that tan too son - still a bit pasty!!
The Return Of M3
Afternoon all. Walshy/Scally, glad to see you've resolved the golf issue. Need to organise a night out - Scally - maybe you could bring your girlfriend - she's pretty easy on the eye! Walshy, no doubt u have been ripping up dance floors in and around the SouthEast - Dav's must be worth a visit soon! Garn, whats the deal out there? U been on the Factor 25??
David
Hi Garn, well played on getting to Cairns and pleased youre enjoying the trip. Nights out havent been the same without the rug on show. What was your favourite place/experience out of everything you saw on the East coast? Quite envious in a way as I didnt get to do all that. Hope NZ goes well and keep posting the pictures. And getting the rug out.
Davie Draper
Scally, Walshy, let me know next time you hit the fairways. I'd kick both your asses with my 100 year old clubs and powerhouse driving skills....
Scalls
Yes, I hope it does. Garn text me to say how Walshy had beaten me over 18 holes of golf and that I must have had a shocker. Straight away I thought, talk about stretching the truth - even by Walshy's standards (that's general standard's, not in terms of women where they remain non existant...). Let me paint the real picture....
Walshy, to his credit, was two up with five to play (yes, I was playing that badly) when I got my act together, won three straight holes and held a 10ft putt on the 17th (face was a picture) to be one up on the last. That's when the gamesmanship came in... Before my tee shot, Walshy took some deliberate time out to tell me how last time he played this particular 18th everyone else he played with shanked it into the woods. Put it to the back of my mind and...... shanked it into the woods!!
So, the truth is we tied over 18 holes and then he did get the better of me on the PUTTING GREEN!! Walshy, I demand a rematch!!
Garn, good to get an update on your travels. To trust a boat called "British Defender" must have been the most dangerous thing you've done all trip though....
Walshy
The match was halved at the last, but I finally triumphed at the 19th in the gathering gloom - 2 and 1 on the putting green! Hope that settles any confusion Garn!
