Practicing Animal
Went to the Souk Area in Kuwait city and bought a traditional robe, a dishdash. As you can see in the photos it has an ankle length white gown/robe thing and headdress. The headdress is comprised of a skull cap, thick black rope and thin white square of fabric folded once diagonally and draped over the skull cap, held in place by the rope. As with wearing a kilt, it is quite comfortable. It also feels more suitable to wear in a place like this as it offers more protection from the sun whilst allowing more air flow than jeans etc.
