Well hay there everyone. We've done it we have just got back to back to Bangkok after leaving Koh Lanta yesterday, and of course don't forget the 16 hour train jonrney. Anyhow all travels in Thailand have to end with the train or you just have'nt done it right. So now we just wasting our last few hours away and we leave tomorrow morning.

Lanta was alot of fun i love the island and i think Nicky dose now. I went to see the guy that had taught me poi 2 and a bit years ago. I was'nt sure if he was going to be alive or not after the tsuami, haowever he was but he was doing his national service and had gone back the day before. His family seamed to remeber me and that night i did there fire display for them.

Last time i was on lanta we did'nt go in the cave's there, so this tie i did. Nicky did'nt fancy them and stayed on the beach, which was probally for the best as this was real caving. I picked up a guide at the start and we were off to the cave's. A walk thought the jungle first then we had to climb up to the opening of the cave which was i very narrow etrance that at first i did'nt even see. The cave's where huge and we had to crawl though gaps and climb up bamboo ladders all the way though the cave's it was crazy and i had'nt done anything like that since scout's. I loved it and came out covered head to foot in mud and flith. On the walk back to the hut were we had started me guide insisted on taking photo's of me everywhere infact he tryed this in the cave's as well. The best of these you can see in my photo album bit.

I'd made alot of friends on the beach that we stayed on, and also some from the Black moon party that we went to. People where whatcing my poi alot and asking if i could come and do some show's for them, some i did but there's only one of me so could'nt do them all. Met 2 guy's working in a rega bar a little down the road from where we were staying. Theses two where the best spinner's i found on the beach so we got talking shareing move's and stuff. I ended up doing 2 of there show with them. I have to admit that after soending 2 weeks in hospital the attention was exactly what i need to get some confidence back in my juggeling and it worked.

Well now where back in Bangkok it's thowing it down and i can't think of much more to say. I,ve enjoyed Thailand again even though i spent 2 weeks in hospital, as always it was an experiance. The next time i update this site i'll be in Austraillia so talk to you all then, Love and light to you all C
