This morning we caught the Big Croc bus headed off to Australia Zoo - Steve Irwin "CRIKEY"! First we sat for an hour and waited for Bindi to appear and do her show. She is so cute and we got to see Terry & Baby Irwin aswell - Quite sad as they were playing clips of Steve on big screens everywhere! Then it was off around the zoo to explore. But the highlight of our day was getting to hold a Koala, so cute just like a big cuddly teddy bear! After such a good day it was back on the croc bus and back to Brisbane!

Now we thought we would give you all a quick insight into the joys of hostel life! On the whole hostels are cool places, but I think we pulled a very short straw with this one! We spent the night in a dorm with 10 stinking, rowdy lads (who among other things but we will spare you all the vile details) decided to wake everyone up at 5.30am and then shout everywhere that they are getting up again at 7am to go to the Casino!!!!!!!!! So the point is not only did we get no sleep & have to get up early but what backpacker can afford to go to the casino or even entertain the idea of it!!!!!!!!!!
