Hey philip. Hope you're still enjoying your time in Thailand. You may be travelling the world, but i bet i've built more snowmen than you have today! haha. We've got about 6 inches here in Birmingham. How was the full moon party? it sounds great.

I didn't get an offer from Edinburgh Uni, so it looks like its between Glasgow and Aberdeen now (most likely Aberdeen i think), so im sure il be seeing a lot more of you from September onwards. Anyway.. Hope your still doing well and hopefully speak to you soon. Im off to Courmayeur tomorrow and will be sure to wear my Chamonix headband!

how goes it? sorry its taken me so long to leave u a msg, but been slightly busy with traveling myself! (not quite as exciting as urs sounds though!) we had a 2 week break after exams in january so me and a friend went 2 New York for a week 2 stay with another friend! was awesome! then we went 2 london 2 stay wit others from uni for the other week- basically it was a really gd holiday! but now bck at uni for some "hard-core" work 2 start again!! well....its REfreshers week now and then Rag week next week so mayb not so much work but more drinkin and partying!! love it!

I've been reading all ur postcards, u seem 2 b having a fantastic time- very jealous (but i no the HUGE present ur gonna buy me will make up 4 it!!) the diving sounds awesome, i would've totally freaked out though if i had seen a shark, i am petrified of them! ur photos look so gd- love the kilt look! glad 2 c ur bringin a bit of scotland 2 everywhere u go, keep it up... although from what u've been saying its been doing very well 4 u!!

anyway, will prob speak 2 u again soon! hope the rest of ur trip is as awesome!

Have just been watching the rugby- unfortunately both my flatmate and her boyfriend are English, been taking some stick. Did you manage to watch the game somewhere?

Feeling that the general drift from all the Mums visiting your board is that we hope you have got the sharks out of Your system before they get bits of you into Theirs. Can we relax now? Inga tells me that she has apologised to you, for me. The messages are passable with care, apparently, but signing off as The Hillbillys was a bridge too far! Snow~meltingly mild here, most disappointing. Keep up the good work, you are brightening the day for many of us and we are finding it quite addictive logging on to check for the latest update. What a great idea this website is !  We love your photos and being able to track your progress around the globe.  And, of course, it means you get more time on the beach or out diving because you only have to write ONE postcard which goes to everyone.  Very canny !!

Don't know about sharks - most people are content to swim with dolphins !!  We are sure you will continue to have a great time and we're looking forward to hearing about the moonlit beach parties !

all is well here, Alexander is starting nursery next week so I am feeling quite emotional that my boy is growing up but looking forward to my free mornings! Imagine how I will feel when he is swimming with sharks!

Samosa and pancakes sound yum, v. jealous of your thai diet. we are having a Burns party tonight so off out now to hunt haggis.
