The diving looks ace. Do you have a favourite creature down there (fish, coral, seahorse etc)? An underwater camera would do the bis. Watch the kilt, though, sea water might ruin the colour even if it would make an interesting photo opportunity! We enjoy this board..especially the reference to the Koh Pats in the Glen, we know them well. Sanday has a lot of saving to do, he has got a proper house to live in now so looking forward to getting out of his garden shed before the big snows! Keep on with the updates, we're all fascinated to see what's next. Fairly dull up Glenisla and only the beginner slope open in Glenshee this week. Stay chilled (we are!!). love from all of us x x.

Hey Phil, looks like your having an awesome time - think we're all a little jealous over here in the UK. Have a great time and for the love of all that is holy don't let Charlie offend any large Thai people.
See you later, Stewart x

glad you got to Koh Tow safely. Had a bit of a mental block at work and told Mike thomas you were in in KOH PAT? sounds more like the stuff up at Peathaugh rather than the exotic island you are on. Anyway - we are enjoying the chat and photos immensely and grateful you are taking time out of your demanding hectic schedule to do them...
All is well here. Kids full of cold but enjoying the flutters of snow. Angus asks every 2 days if you are coming home tomorrow. It will be a long 6 months for the wee man. Big hugs. Love you. Slip, slap, slop on with the cream!!!

Hey phil. how's the first week of your gap year been? saw ur pics, looks like u guys r having an awesome time. and in contrast to mr kheradmand's message, methinks the flip flop-kilt combo is a suave look. Hey ho Philip, It has taken us a few days and a trip to ICT dept at school to allow us access but now even the techno weanies have found you. We roared with laughter at the kilt/ flip flops/ milk white legs lad-about-Thailand look. Waiting for next set of photos to show lobster legs to clash with kilt...Don't forget the suncream! There was snow on the car this morning when Inga and I set off, so we shiver while you roast. Love the site, a great way to share your adventures with all us unfortunates stuck in the daily grind. Love from the Hillbillys.

Hey Phillip,
Loving the kilt and flip-flop combo- only a true Scotsman could pull that off! Hope you are having a great time- the weather certainly looks like an improvement on here.

p.s walked past "cent otre" yesterday- people stared as I started laughing loudly to myself!

Dear Wee Brother
Great to see some photos and trust you're having lots of fun. Go easy on those poor Thai's; they've probably not seen too many men in tartan skirts with pasty white legs, although there could be no doubt that there's Scottish blood pumping through your veins....!
As I write this it's 8 o'clock on a cold, damp, dark Stoke on-Trent morning, so seeing your site has cheered me up no end (I'm going to live vicariously through you until spring breaks here) - so keep the photo's coming, get the hair BIG, and keep them smiling as you go!
Love you wee man, James xx
