We went to the zoo today....

Even though the day was taken over by children and young families a good day was had by all.

The zoo is really quite large and to do it justice you really do need a couple of days to see everything. As we were pushing a number of young ones we didn't have the pace to see all of the exhibits and had to pick and choose what we saw. I guess I will have to wait to see my first Canadian bear!

It really looks like the weather has changed now and the temperature has now dropped to the low twenties! Bbbrrr....! Time to buy some sweaters I think.
