Just looked at your photos on the beach and I'm green with envy. What could be better? beer and a hammock on a sunny day at the seaside!
The weather's turned really grim here and I've bottled out from cycling to work. I beleive it's not quite as warm where you are going next, I hope you have plenty of warm clothes.
Take care and have fun.

Hey Nick!
Glad your having a great time. Tell you what, them waterfalls look well cool!!. Also them waterproofs make you guys look real macho! Loved the pics on the equator, you'll have to tell me what was going on with the egg though I just didnt get it. It looked fun though, much better then being in the Annexe that time forgot!
Have a great time, all the best.
Nick.

Hiya,
Sounds like your both having a great time!! Those hot springs and mud masks sound amazing! Not sure I'd fancy all those 8 hr bus journeys though!
I am revising inheritance tax for my exam whilst on the verge on being prosecuted by the tax authorities for someone elses fraudulent tax disc! It gives life that little bit of a edge I suppose! Exams haven't gone too badly up to now, can't wait to get them all over with. Weathers been bad here the last couple of days though, haven't been able to revise in the garden!!
Take care anyway and have lots of fun!
Loads of love Em xxxxx

Wow Nick the kitchen's arrived - all 158 bits of it!!!!!!!!! Its like a giant jigsaw, wish us luck.
Just experimented with the microwave and popping corn, I made one lot which was just right, Chris then proceeded to make 2 more lots burning each one more and more and almost setting fire to the house!!!! I tried again and - perfection!!! Chris is a rubbish pop corn maker!!!
Andrew phoned us yesterday, he's really well but freezing cold, he reckons he's never been as cold!!!! and has had to buy a thick coat!! I did have to rub it in and explain we were all sitting in the garden in shorts etc, eating outside and enjoying the sunshine!!!!!
Have to go dad's building the first unit!!!! oh dear!!!
Take extra care of yourselves, tons of love Mum XXXXXXXXX

Hamilton won! Thought you would want to know but I guess you have access to a TV in Peru too!
Kitchen's looking good although there's still quite a bit to do. At least we have a ceiling and lights and I can see the floor finally.
The seaside sounds like a good place to be, will you be staying a while or are you off again soon? Where are you heading for next?
Take care guys and keep in touch.

Enjoy the bus ride tomorrow
Let me know how you get on
Tons of love Mum xxxxxxxxx
Sophh And Andy
wanna know why you can´t ride on top of the train anymore?! Cos a stupid japanese guy thought it`d be a good idea to stand up and promptly got decapitated!!!! (won´t that just scare everyone at home!)
Glad to see you are having fun - can´t believe you actually enjoyed the bus ride to cuenca - we nearly died of travel sickness and smelly locals!!! Pleased you like Baños too - the volcano obviously hasn´t erupted then!!
We are playing at being grown up and went on a wine tour of the vinyards around Mendoza today (although we flatly refused to spit any wine away! - it was free for gods sake!! - guess our student sensibilities haven`t quite escaped us!)
Might be going skiing in a couple of weeks which will be way coolio! All fun!
By the way, if you want bargins in the form of cheap clothes and shoes and technological stuff and also good souveniers - get them in either Peru or Bolivia, cos Chile, Argentina and Brazil are expensive and don´t have any ´traditional´ feeling souveniers!
Hope you are well,
adios!!!
Nick
Hi everyone,
Thanks for the messages. We`re still in Cuenca until tomorrow. The buses to take us to Peru were on strike. Hope to speak to you soon,
Nick and Phil
